Inside Northvolt’s Revolt, what will become Europe’s largest battery recycling plant, our fiberglass stair noses are installed. Nordec is behind the order, and it is we ourselves who installed them.

The stair nosings were installed on the top and bottom steps to meet the requirements for contrast marking. But as the saying goes, why swat one fly when you can swat two? The stair nosings provide not only contrast marking, but also anti-slip and anti-abrasion protection.

It would have been easy to find the cheapest, simplest solution and just get the problem out of the way. But for neither Nordec nor Northvolt was that even a possible option. If something is to be done, it must be done properly. And in the end, maybe that’s what makes a leader.
