TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE: BUSINESS

QUOTATION AND ORDER.The validity period of the quotation is stated in the specific quotation document. If you as the customer have not returned with an order within this timeframe, Safestep reserves the right to revise the quotation. This may be necessary as our conditions for fulfilling the order may have changed since the quotation was issued. We also reserve the right for the product to be sold out before the quotation’s validity period has expired.You as the customer must confirm the order in writing. This is then further confirmed by Safestep issuing and sending an order confirmation by email.DELIVERY.The delivery time is stated either in the quotation or via email. The delivery time is an estimate based on our experience of similar deliveries. The final delivery time depends on one or more external suppliers and transport companies, and our agreement with you remains valid even if the estimated delivery time cannot be met exactly.Although we cannot guarantee the actual delivery time, we will always strive to meet the estimated delivery time and, in the event of delays, cooperate with you as the customer to minimize any disadvantages caused by a delayed delivery.If the delivery time is crucial to you as the customer, or for the specific project in which the products will be used, it is your responsibility to specifically raise this with us in order to potentially agree that something other than what is stated above shall apply regarding the estimated delivery time. Such an agreement must also be confirmed in writing in order to be binding upon us.FREIGHT.The freight cost is primarily determined by the weight of the products in the order and the end customer’s geographical location. We always strive to provide a freight cost already in the quotation, but it is not always possible to determine the freight cost at the time of quotation and order placement. In such cases, we state “Freight will be added” in the quotation and order and provide the final freight cost in connection with the invoice.If the freight cost is crucial to you as the customer and we have stated “Freight will be added,” you are always welcome to request further details or estimates regarding the expected freight cost, and we will do our best to address your questions.RETURN.Returns are not possible. By placing an order, you as the customer consent to Safestep commencing fulfillment of the ordered product. This means that from the time the order confirmation has been sent by us, you no longer have the possibility to cancel your purchase.OTHER AGREEMENTS.Any other agreements between the buyer and Safestep must be in writing, either directly in the order documents or via email.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE: PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS

ORDER.Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all details regarding the ordered products, price, billing address, and delivery address.If anything is incorrect in the order confirmation, you must contact us immediately by email at info@safestep.se.DELIVERY.Delivery time varies depending on the product and when the order is placed. The estimated delivery time is provided at the time of ordering. NOTE: We reserve the right for events beyond our control that may cause delivery delays.If a delivery delay occurs (without us having informed you of an extended delivery time), you should contact us at info@safestep.se.For returns of uncollected orders, an administrative fee of SEK 300 will be charged.PRICES.All prices in the store are stated in SEK.We reserve the right to make price changes caused by supplier price changes, printing errors in the price list, or inaccuracies in pricing due to incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust the price.RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.You must notify us that you wish to cancel before we have processed the order. The notification must be sent to info@safestep.se. Your message must clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which items the return concerns.If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the product. You must return the products to us immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. The products must be completely unused and returned in the same packaging in which they were delivered.You are responsible for the return shipping cost, delivery, and condition of the products upon return. Therefore, ensure that the items are well packaged.We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation in value compared to the product’s original value if the product has been used or damaged.Exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply when ordering made-to-order/custom-made products in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59), which contains provisions limiting the right to exercise withdrawal. Safestep would like to inform customers that the right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements concerning “a product that is manufactured or substantially modified according to the consumer’s specific requests or that has otherwise been given a clear personal character.” Examples include products that are custom-made to specific measurements.When the customer enters into an agreement with Safestep by placing an order, the customer consents to Safestep commencing fulfillment of the order. This means that the customer has no right of withdrawal for made-to-order/custom-made products from the time the product or products have entered production.
