Heating mats, or heated snow melting mats, are a simple, effective and environmentally friendly way to prevent snow and ice from forming on stairs, entrances, walkways, ramps and escape routes. Safestep Warming Mat contributes to increased safety and reduces the risk of slipping accidents – and you don’t have to shovel, sand and salt.

Safestep HEAT MATS are robust rubber mats with an integrated heating film, resulting in faster, more efficient and more even heating. The mats are easily plugged into a standard 230V power outlet and can be used individually or connected in series to cover larger areas. The mats melt around 6 cm of snow per hour, all the way down to -35°C.

Safestep Heating Mat is available in sizes 27 x 95 cm, 60 x 100 cm, 50 x 120 cm and 100 x 150 cm. All mats are designed to be connected in series, which means that you can connect several mats to the same power cable. This applies to all mats, regardless of size.
