Safestep HEAT MAT – FREEZE WATCH – Thermostat 3 m

The frost guard thermostat is a handy thermostat that plugs into a standard grounded electrical outlet and is only activated when the outside temperature reaches the preset limit. This way you can easily restrict the use of the Safestep HEAT MAT to when it is actually necessary – i.e. when the outside temperature approaches freezing point. Choose your limit yourself, from -20°C up to 120°C.

The thermostat is placed indoors, while the sensor is placed outdoors – preferably protected by a roof. Avoid placing the sensor in direct sunlight.
